I just finished creating the magazine for my equine photography business so I wasn’t sure how much I would be able to take from this, but Kirstie is pretty brilliant in the way she runs her business, so it was worth taking the chance on for me. I am definitely not disappointed! There’s so much valuable information In this video – I feel validated in some of the choices I made, and there are several things I hadn’t even considered that I’ll dedinitely be including in the next print run of my magazine. Worth every penny!

Wow, this was super helpful! I’m currently revamping my welcome guides and this has given me a much better idea of how I want it to be structured. I love how you dive into the details of every section, but you also encourage us to tailor it to our own brand. Totally worth the investment!

  3. Kelsey Keathly

This was very, very helpful! I’ve been working on my welcome guide over the past couple of months and keep worrying that I’ll forget something. This video really helped me to solidify my ideas, and I’m so excited to finalize my welcome guide now! An added bonus is that Kirstie is so open, honest, and real when sharing information. Thanks, Kirstie!

Lots of great info and tips. I can’t wait to finish up my welcome guide! What is the styling website you refer to? I don’t see it linked in the pdf.

This was a great little course to help me start brainstorming for my own client guide. I loved how Kirstie included categories of information, walked us through what she includes and why, and provided me with tips on how a client guide is the best way to prepare my clients and set their expectations early. It definitely helped get my creative juices flowing. It was also a great pep talk! Loved this course.

Not gonna lie, I was hesitant about buying a course, because you just never know. But Kirstie discussed topics that I hadn’t considered including and really emphasizes making this guide your own. I’m beyond ecstatic with how she talked through topics she thought were very valuable to discuss.
I have a few more courses in mind for the future and look forward to learning more from Kirstie!

    Thank you Kirstie!

I am continually blown away by how concise and informative Kirstie’s courses are! This is the third one I’ve purchased and I have been blown away by each one. I didn’t think I was going to get a ton out of this since I have had a welcome magazine of my own for several years & have tweaked it several times as things came up, but I took two full pages of notes during this course. I have SO many things to add to my welcome magazine & I am looking forward to creating a better overall experience for my clients. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to get so much information out of a 30 minute video, but Kirstie is truly wonderful! I would give this 10 stars if I could!

This is a great look inside the magazine Kirstie provides to her clients. If you’re looking for something to just copy & paste, this is not for you – this is far beyond that! If you are looking for a well thought out explanation of each info category she includes in her Welcome Mag, along with why she includes what she does, and suggestions of how to present it, this IS the course for you. The way Kirstie presents this information will encourage you to allow your own personality, brand, and love for what you do shine through! This is a no-brainer if you want to update your current Welcome info, or start from scratch.

So far I’ve purchased all of Kirstie’s courses except for two! I guess it’s just a matter of time until I own them all 😂 I’m just launching my photography business this year and all the knowledge Kirstie shares in this course is priceless. Especially since I have a lot of experience with canines but not with equines (yet). The course is helping ME prepare for my shoots, I’ll avoid making a lot of mistakes, make me look professional, save a lot of time by not having to answer the same questions over and over again, and will make my clients feel prepared. I’m actually using all this info to write two guides: one for equestrians and one for dog owners.

I purchased this guide a few years ago and still come back to it yearly to refresh my planning guide (welcome magazine). I personally like how it’s not a template, but more of an explanation of what Kirstie includes and why in her own magazine. This allows me to create my magazine with my own experiences and personality, but with just enough guidance to feel confident that I’m doing it right.
